Some promo stuff is paid but the tracking and emotion check in are free. For me gardening is the ticket. At f...I understand. For me gardening is the ticket. At first I didn't get it but wanted to grow things. It was hot and itchy and frustrating. Then some kind of kundalini-type thing happened. It was not Be Here Now. It was like I'd gone through a wormhole and back. It is impossible to explain. But there's magic in the earth, and physically connecting with soil and things trembling with growth for "enough" time coaxes forth an opening. Everything goes on. We have different explanations for it, filtered through belief systems, culture, science, eons of time. Nothing stays the same.
