Some of us have different strengths and weaknesses. I have been learning a lot that I need to not dwell so much on the past. I could say that is one of the things that I have that is holding me back from being mentally strong. What book did you pull this from? I would like to read a little more about it. http://www.thunderbaypsychology.com/en/services.htmlAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04848935934548608971noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27072566.post-73312257671263340612015-03-05T10:50:22.856-06:002015-03-05T10:50:22.856-06:00Hi Caleb, Sorry it took me so long to reply and pu...Hi Caleb, Sorry it took me so long to reply and publish your comment, I am behind in lots of things, always playing catch up. Anyway, I think that therapists tend to know how to handle the anxiety of the person coming for help and it is our specialty, making people comfortable. You have nothing to lose by going once and trying it out, just a few minutes, maybe an hour of your time, and it will probably feel good. The therapist will lead your way. Social workers are especially good at this, by the way. Good luck!therapydochttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05088184676439578876noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27072566.post-21873107499916170682015-03-04T17:18:07.229-06:002015-03-04T17:18:07.229-06:00I've been trying to read books and get my life...I've been trying to read books and get my life back together. I'm worried that I might need professional help. Is it bad if I think I can handle things by myself? I'm just not sure how to talk to a therapist so it's always made me nervous to contact one. http://www.cancerlifeline.org/services/therapist-referral-programCaleb Harthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03818322222861557724noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27072566.post-14164442665700873852015-02-10T21:42:30.575-06:002015-02-10T21:42:30.575-06:00LOL, Grace. Jealousy has definitely come into play through the years, but luckily we've been able to work things out in most cases. It sounds like you've done the same, and made the most of the time you DO have with your grandkids.

Thanks for taking the time to read and review this book for the tour!Heather J @ TLC Book Tourshttp://tlcbooktours.comnoreply@blogger.com
